Matthew Shilcock – Osteogenuine

An Iso-somatic Session

Osteogenuine is a somatic practice, focusing on movement that is authentically generated from the body, in particular the skeletal system. In this meditation we will be focusing on building a relationship to and awareness of our bodies through imagery and taking notice of the feedback we receive through sensation.

In this meditation, we will be exploring what it is to sink into and move from a position of comfort, which will be relative to the state and condition of your body.
