Jenni Large – Letting go of thought to rest in impermanence

An Iso-somatic Session

This meditation takes inspiration from Yoga Nidra, the Feldenkrais Method as well as meditation teachers Tara Brach, Joseph Goldstein and Ram Dass.

Positioned for the duration either laying down or in constructive rest, this meditation leads the practitioner into experiencing the ‘sensational’ duality of heaviness and lightness in the body simultaneously. With an overarching focus on dissociating with the thinking mind and coming home to the sensing body, this practice reminds us of impermanence and finds presence through noticing the comings and goings of sound, sensation and breath.
