Description

Deep guided listening: Take a moment to find a comfortable, quiet and warm space. You will be guided through a centring practise to calm your mind and give attention to your body. Held in a space of listening and receiving we are taking time to understand the subtle fluctuations and differences that transform an experience from superficial to deep.

Through the Deep Listening practice you are invited to move in the present moment, taking movement and decisions without judgement. Allow yourself to be with your whole body, as if looking at an entire painting rather than a specific detail of it. Invite your body to be light and soft.
