Alice Drew

Treasurer

Alice is a recognised leader in the commercial property industry in Australia, with extensive experience in strategic design briefing and transformational change. As the General Manager for Place Futures at Lendlease, she works with businesses across the corporate, government, university, health and not for profit sectors to create the vision and strategy for future places – from small workplace projects to global innovation precincts. 

Alice combines her unique industry experience and formal training in architecture (BA Arch UTS), psychology (BA Psych USyd), business (MBA Macquarie Uni), entrepreneurial innovation (REAP, MIT) and environmental law (M Env Laws, USyd), to lead complex projects and achieve unique solutions to contemporary business challenges. Applying evidence based research and human centered design thinking approaches, she is dedicated to co-creating thoughtful and insightful people and place solutions for the next generation of talent.
